Dongguan Raytek Blister Packing Co.Ltd., founded in Dec. 2003, integrates R&D, die-making, manufacture and sales of blister packing products, such as PP, PS, PVC, PET, etc. Now the company has new standard workshops, and its factory covers over 6,000 square meters. Its equipment is complete: large automatic high-speed vacuum forming machines (11 sets), punching machines (15 sets), seaming machines (6 sets), hole-punching machines (3 sets), high-cycle heat-sealing machines (4 sets) and plating machines (2 sets). The company has passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System, and owned complete Die-making Workshop, Vacuum Forming Workshop. In 2008, the Group established Tianjin Plastic Products Co., Ltd., with an area of over 7,000 square meters and six high-speed production lines. With powerful strength, advanced production equipment and technology, high-efficient management, we can provide customers with blister packing products for precision electronics, plastic hardware, LCD, FPC, medicine, food, cosmetic, gift, sports apparatus, light, etc., particularly for antistatic and conductive electronic tray.
